During a time of flooding, we have an emergency 24 hour 7 days a week response. Our company will come out and locate the water in your carpet, extract the water, remove and dispose of any damage pad.  We will also apply disinfectant to the affective area if the flood is not from a fresh water leak.  A machine then will dry the carpet and structure.
